| Customer Reviews: Average Rating:  Rating : - poor customer service The TomTom is great, but the customer service is exceptionally poor. No one is available to speak to you on a weekend. Contacting them via email took over two weeks to get a response, which did not resolve the problem. Could not download maps and they wouldn't refund my money.
